To ensure the highest level of service and a smooth experience for all clients, the following policies are in place.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments are required for all services. A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or the need to reschedule. Full treatment costs may still apply.
Missed Appointments
Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full. Repeat missed appointments may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
Patch Testing
A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment for treatments such as lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting and lash extensions if:
You are a new client
You have not had the treatment within the last 6 months.
Failure to attend a required patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled.
Treatment Suitability
I reserve the right to refuse or adapt treatments where necessary to ensure the safety, suitability, and best results for each client.
Results
Results may vary depending on individual hair type, skin type, and adherence to aftercare advice.
Aftercare
Aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment. Following this guidance is essential to maintain the best possible results.

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, appointments are for clients only unless agreed in advance.
