How do I book an appointment?

You can book via my booking system, which can be found on my website and all of my social platforms or simply message me directly and I’ll be happy to arrange this for you 

Where is the studio located?

ALW Studio is based in Bury.

You can find the full address on my home page at the bottom of my website and also the full address details will be provided upon booking.

Is the studio appointment only?

Yes, all appointments are private and by booking only to ensure a calm, uninterrupted experience.

Do I need a patch test?

Yes, a patch test is required 24–48 hours prior to certain treatments for insurance purposes.

Whether you are new client, an exsisting client trying out a new service for the first time or an existing client that hasnt had the treatment carried out in the last 6-12 months a patch test is required.

Any changes to medical history must be disclosed before your appointment.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with clean lashes/brows and no makeup in the treatment area where possible. Avoid using any oil based products when removing.

What can I expect at my appointment?

A calm, welcoming, private and relaxing environment designed to give you time to switch off and enjoy your treatment 

Can I bring someone with me?

To maintain a peaceful environment, appointments are for clients only unless agreed in advance.

How long will my results last?

Results vary depending on your hair type, skin type and aftercare. You will be advised on how to maintain your results following your appointment.

Is there parking available?

There is street parking on Kay Street and theres also a car park to the rear of the Business Centre.

The main car park is situated on Porritt Street, which is the next street.

( Drive to the end of porritt street, you will find the car park at the top of the street on the right. Drive through the big metal gates and head to the sign that says main reception)

What if I’m running late?

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
