At Rells Nails, each appointment is carefully planned to provide a high-quality, professional, and personalised service. To ensure everything runs smoothly and fairly for all clients, the following terms apply.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Bookings & Deposits
All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be deducted from the final service cost on the day.
Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, rescheduling outside of the notice period, or failure to attend the appointment.
Payment
The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Missed or last-minute cancelled appointments result in time that is difficult to refill. For this reason, the full service cost may be charged where appropriate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of the deposit
No-shows will result in the deposit being retained and may require full payment before any future bookings are accepted
Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in the refusal of future bookings
Arrival Policy
Appointments are scheduled to allow sufficient time for each client.
Please arrive on time
A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be allowed
Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or adjustment of the service
The full service fee still applies if the appointment time has been reserved, but cannot be completed due to late arrival
Nail Art
Nail art must be selected at the time of booking to allow for the appropriate time.
If you are unsure what to book, please get in touch prior to your appointment.
Reference images are recommended to ensure accurate timing and expectations.
Repairs
A 72-hour repair policy is in place.
If you experience any issues, please make contact within this time with a clear photo.
Repairs deemed to be a fault in application will be carried out free of charge within 72 hours. Repairs requested after this period will be chargeable.

Proper aftercare is essential for maintaining your nails.

Appointments are available during standard working hours.
Out-of-hours and evening appointments may be available upon request.
Liability
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit. Rells Nails cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
