When booking a 50% booking fee will be taken. 48 hours notice is required to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. After this time there will be no refund of your booking fee. Payment for services can be made by cash, bank transfer or bank card. Whilst I appreciate you arriving on time please do not arrive early as between clients my treatment room is being cleaned and prepared for you. Late arrivals will either take the time they have remaining (depending on treatment) or will be asked to re-arrange their appointment.
