BIAB and hard gel rebalances are priced the same as a first application, as approximately 80% to 90% of the existing product is removed before a new structure is created. This process requires additional time (approximately 30 minutes).
If you choose not to add gel colour (under "Add Ons"), BIAB and hard gel are available in a variety of milky white, milky pink, and nude shades, together with iridescent or glitter effect top coats at no additional cost.
Please arrive with bare nails or book a removal service in advance if required (for example, if you have enhancements applied by another nail technician).
I do not offer rebalances (infills) on work carried out by other nail technicians. Removal of foreign enhancements must be booked as an additional service.
Nail repairs on enhancements applied by me are complimentary within 7 days of your appointment. After 7 days, the standard nail repair fee applies. Please refer to the price list for further details.
All Add Ons, including nail art, French tips, chrome, cat eye finishes, or additional repairs, must be selected at the time of booking to ensure sufficient appointment time is reserved.
Reference photos for intricate nail art must be sent at least 72 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the design being simplified or the nail art service being declined.
Appointments & Booking
A non refundable booking fee equal to 50% of your treatment total is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your final bill. A separate 2% payment processing fee is added at checkout for the secure online booking system and is non refundable.
Appointments are non cancellable. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your appointment once, provided you give at least 72 hours' notice. Your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment, which must take place within 2 weeks of the original appointment, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the full treatment cost becoming payable. Booking fee waivers or exceptions may be granted at my sole discretion.
Failure to attend your appointment, or notifying me with less than 72 hours' notice that you will not be attending, will result in the full treatment cost becoming payable. A new booking fee will also be required before any future appointment can be booked.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. Where rescheduling is necessary, the full treatment cost may become payable in accordance with the booking policy.
Health & Safety
Please inform me before your appointment of any nail, skin, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Services cannot be performed where open wounds, active infections, or other contraindications are present.
Due to insurance restrictions, children and guests are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment unless agreed in advance. If a companion arrives without prior agreement, they will be politely asked to leave the premises. Failure to comply may result in your appointment being rescheduled, with the full treatment cost becoming payable in accordance with the booking policy.
Services are not provided to anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested if there is any doubt. This policy is non negotiable and is in place for insurance and safety reasons.
