To receive any PMU treatment, you must be over the age of 18.

Please complete the booking forms truthfully.

A booking fee may be taken.

I understand life happens, you may reschedule once. After this time you will have a new appointment. If this appointment is cancelled, you will be charged the cancellation fee. You will have to pay for the treatment in its entirety when another booking is made.
