Additional Terms A minimum booking value of £245 applies to all bridal party services. All bookings are subject to availability and require manual confirmation. Your date will only be secured once your booking has been accepted and the booking fee received. Due to demand, bookings must be secured promptly. If the booking fee is not received within a reasonable timeframe, the booking will be automatically released and the date may be offered to other enquiries.

Bridal & Bridal Party Hair and Makeup – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is secured upon receipt of a non-refundable booking fee (retainer). This will be deducted from the final balance.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the wedding date.Additional Terms

Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis and are only confirmed once the booking fee has been received.

2. Trial / Preview Appointment

A bridal preview (trial) is included within the Signature Bridal package.

This is an opportunity to design your final look and discuss any preferences. Trials are arranged in advance of the wedding date at a mutually agreed time.

3. Bridal Party Services

Services for bridal party members must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Any reductions in numbers may still be chargeable, as time has been reserved exclusively for your booking.

4. Travel & Location

Travel to one location on the wedding morning is included.

Additional locations or significant travel may incur an extra charge, which will be discussed in advance.

5. Timings on the Day

A schedule will be created prior to the wedding day.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all members of the bridal party are available and ready at their allocated times.

Delays caused by late arrivals may impact the completion of services.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking:

• More than 60 days before the wedding date: 50% of the booking fee (retainer) will be refunded.
• Less than 60 days before the wedding date: The booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made in writing.

7. Changes to Booking

Any changes to services must be communicated as soon as possible.

While I will always try to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed.

8. Liability

Makeup Artistry by Christine will not be held liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

All products used are of professional standard. It is the client’s responsibility to inform of any allergies or sensitivities prior to application.

9. Photography & Marketing

With your consent, images from your wedding day may be used for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

10. Agreement

By paying the booking fee, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please note there is a minimum spend of £245 for Bridal party bookings. Automatic cancellation will occur upon non payment of deposit. Your booking is not secured until accepted and your deposit paid.
