Booking Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing my services! To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review and agree to the following booking terms and conditions:
- Appointment Bookings
All appointments are booked through our online booking system. When booking, you agree to these terms and conditions, including our cancellation and no-show policies.
- Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hoursโ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hoursโ notice will incur a charge of 100% of the booked treatment price.
- Lateness Policy
If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible. If you arrive late, I may not be able to complete the full treatment, and rescheduling may be required. In these cases, the appointment will be considered missed, and a 100% charge will apply.
- No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the booked treatment price.
- Reminders
Our system sends appointment reminders the day before your scheduled treatment. However, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
- System Assistance
If you encounter any issues when booking, cancelling, or rescheduling, please contact me directly for assistance.
- Payment
A card on file may be required to secure your booking. All missed appointment charges, late cancellations, and no-shows will be charged to the card on file.
