I had my first hot stone massage with Alexa yesterday. It was amazing. A full body massage with the heat and gentle pressure of the hot stones. Also included was a face mask which I was not expecting. It was a real treat. Well over an hour of total pampering. Alexa made me feel completely at ease and I left feeling so relaxed. I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. Highly recommended.

Loved my dermaplaning - loved what ever you put on my lips too - I need that in my life ….. My review Just had the most amazing dermaplaning treatment and I'm still glowing-literally. It feels like I have brand new skin. Smooth, soft, radiant... the reset my face needed. Let me just say: I'm NOT gatekeeping this place. Everyone deserves to feel this fresh. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was calm, clean, and welcoming. Alexa, was incredibly knowledgeable and gentle, explaining every step and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had a wonderful LED facial with Alexa and couldn't be happier with the experience. The treatment included exfoliation, a face mask with steam, and the LED therapy itself—each step was clearly explained, and Alexa made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was so relaxed I even drifted off to sleep! I’ve been dealing with fine lines, hormonal breakouts, and some pigmentation, and after just one session, my skin looked noticeably brighter, clearer, and smoother with a lovely glow. This facial has definitely earned a place in my regular skincare routine, and I’m already exploring the other treatments Alexa offers. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the most beautiful bespoke facial with Alexa Garcia. Énergie Fitness has created a serene haven for Alexa to work her magic and I was delighted with the results! It was a baking hot day outside but the products used were cooling and soothing. In addition to a deep cleanse and exfoliation, Alexa used a light steaming technique that left my skin refreshed and glowing. A Vitamin E serum and SPF moisturiser completed the process. Despite years of sun exposure and the lines I’ve acquired over 67 years (!) the treatment left my skin looking so soft and dewy. It was a really lovely experience and my skin still looks good after a couple of days. Highly recommended!

I went for a facial with Alexa today. I felt truly pampered. The treatment room is beautiful. Alexa was sensitive to my personal needs, and the facial was gentle and relaxing. My skin feels really soft and well hydrated. First class service. I will definitely be back.
